Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours, via UPS unless otherwise speci昀椀ed. In order to provide timely service, we encourage 昀椀rst time
customers to use VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. If you would like to establish COD company check or net 30 terms, please
request a credit application. Our minimum opening order is $100.00; minimum reorder $50.00. Back-orders over $50 and less than 60 days old
will be shipped automatically, unless otherwise speci昀椀ed. All domestic backorders except statues, incense, back昀氀ow burners, ceramic burners, and
salt lamps are shipped free freight. Backorders under $50 are automatically canceled. Please include those items on your next order. A 1.5%
per month (15% per year) 昀椀nance charge will be added to past due accounts. All costs incurred in collection of debt will be added to customer
account. Prices subject to change without notice.
The Benjamin Guarantee: We at Benjamin International stand behind our products and, in most cases, will match competitors’ prices on
like items of similar quality. Any item, may also be returned for credit within 90 days of purchase, provided it is a 昀椀rst time purchase of that item.
